*ALL RENTALS REQUIRE A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM.

**Rental Pick up / Return Appointments: Thursday to Thursday, 9:30am - 12pm

Little Guy Trailers is closed on Sundays so our employees can spend time with their families. Therefore, campers may not be picked up or returned on a Sunday. Pick-up and Drop Off appointment times range from 9am - 3pm, Monday through Saturday. Please schedule at least 30 minutes to learn about your camper at your pick up appointment. When you return, we perform a thorough check out of the trailer. This will require about a 30 minute appointment for returns.

Deposit:

50% of the rental amount is required to reserve a trailer. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to scheduled pick up.

Cancellation Details:

If you need to cancel your reservation, the following schedule applies:
- Cancellation prior to 30 days of pick-up date = full refund of deposit
- Cancellation within 30 days of pick-up date = 50% refund of all rental fees
- Cancellation within 1 week of pick-up date = No rental fees refunded

Security deposit required $1,000

Requirements

Renter must have proper hitch and wiring prior to the rental

Insurance:

Renter must provide proof of insurance for the vehicle towing the camper and renter liability form signed by the agent.

Pets:

Pets may be allowed in our trailers (pet fee of $50 applies). If cleaning is required to remove pet hair, pet smell, or any sign of a pet, $50 cleaning fee will apply.

Cleaning Fee:

The trailer must be returned as clean as when it was rented or there will be a $50 cleaning fee assessed. If you would like us to clean the trailer, a $50 cleaning fee can be pre-paid at the time of rental.

Smoking:

No smoking is allowed in any rental trailer. If there is any sign of smoking, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged.

Towing Package:

A proper towing setup is required to rent our trailers. All rentals use 7 pin round connector. An adapter can be rented if needed for $30.

In the event of damage or loss:

In the event of damage or loss notify Little Guy Trailers toll free 866 977 7617. You are ultimately responsible for any loss. Damage, or tow fees to return the trailer to Little Guy Trailers.

Acknowledgement by renter:

Renter acknowledges receipt of property in good operating condition. All equipment is functional, and all parts of the property and assemblies are in place.

Ownership and liability for damage and loss:

We own and retain title to the property. In the event that the property is stolen, lost, damaged or destroyed during the term of this agreement, including renewals and extensions, the renter is fully responsible to the owner for replacement value of the property at the time of any such loss or damage. Renter is responsible to the owner for any loss or damage. The renter is responsible to the owner for any loss or damage to the property regardless of whether the property is operated by someone other than the renter without renters knowledge or permission.
